Amb. Vaqif Sadiqov, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan met with Mr. Martin Chungong, Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU)

On 12 may 2016 Amb. Vaqif Sadiqov, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan met with Mr. Martin Chungong, Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).

Amb. Sadiqov and Mr. Chungong exchanged views on IPU's possible contribution to the current global developments, particularly the implementation of the global post-2015 agenda. Emphasizing the importance of closer cooperation with national parliaments both sides discussed prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and IPU.
