Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov sent a letter of condolences to his colleague Sergey Lavrov

Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov sent a letter of condolences to his colleague Sergey Lavrov over the killing of Ambassador of Russian Federation to the Republic of Turkey H.E. Mr. Andrey Karlov, as a result of terror act.

In his letter Elmar Mammadyarov stated that with sadness and regrets have learnt about the killing of Ambassador Andrey Karlov at the result of terror act and expressed his most sincere condolences to Sergey Lavrov.

Elmar Mammadyarov in the letter has also asked Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to convey on his behalf and the entire staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan the heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the family and relatives of Ambassador Andrey Karlov.
